Double amputee needs help with general racing expenses

Donation protected
Five years ago, both of my feet were amputated. Six months later, after learning how to get up when I fall, I was back on a bike. I now bike daily as it's easier to bike than it is to walk. I've joined Team Don Austin, whose captain, Don Tucker, is a 2-time Cancer Survivor and has rides with Multiple Sclerosis. Or flagship race is 9/27th-9/28th, the MS150, from Cherry Hill to Ocean City, NJ. I will be completing 75 miles in each direction. Expenses include: food, transportation, hotel stay, energy snacks and drinks, biking gear, bike maintenance, bike attachments, and a Road Racing Bike. MyFairdale FatTire LE is to small, heavy, and slow but i should still average 12-15 mph during the race.

I'd like to thank Whitley Price, Arlo Tannenbaum, Devin Cooley, Junior Nguyen, and Gina Haynes for being my inspiration.

Finally, you can track my progress on the Strava app.

Thank, in advance, for your contributions.
