Join Casey’s heart failure journey towards a transplant.

My husband Casey Baeslack has been living with cardiomyopathy since he was 9 months old. It has been maintained with medicine up until this past October when he went into advanced heart failure. We have been in and out of the hospital and now are on the journey for a VLAD and/or straight into a heart transplant. We knew this day might come but didn’t think it would happen at the age of 45 and the timing is so unexpected. Any amount will help us navigate this difficult journey and pay for medical bills and other unexpected costs.
