Dear Friends and Family,

We’re reaching out to you during a challenging time for Casey, who has recently been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis. Over the next 6 months, this rare blood disease will require two separate chemotherapy treatment plans and a stem cell transplant. It was recommended that he take a step away from work while undergoing this extensive treatment. Casey will need help to cover medical expenses and support his journey toward recovery.
