From Illness to Illumination: Help Launch Echo Gothic

My name is Carolyn Foster, and since September 14, 2024, I’ve been living with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome—a neurological condition caused by shingles that paralyzed the right side of my face, brought on chronic dizziness, hearing issues, nerve pain, and constant fatigue. It’s been a deeply invisible battle. But from this suffering, a visible, sacred vision has emerged: Echo Gothic.

Echo Gothic isn’t just a brand—it’s a spiritual healing movement. It’s where trauma becomes testimony, where the echoes of hardship are transformed into art, journaling, storytelling, and sacred reflection. This is a project born from the preservation of my 11 handwritten journals, chronicling dreams, awakenings, trauma healing, and spiritual growth since 2018.

I’ve already completed and published my first product—the Echo Gothic Journal—as a real, physical object. To bring this sacred vision fully to life, I invite your support.
