Hello! My name is Brooke Tomberlin, and I am honored to be working towards the title of Miss North Carolina. As the first faith-centered titleholder in the Miss America Program, my journey is deeply rooted in my passion for integrating Christ and the arts. Many women have mentioned the Lord on the big Miss America stage, praise God, but none have made it the only reason they were there. My mission, Passion with Purpose, meets the need for clean and artistic entertainment that inspires and encourages others while demonstrating that it is possible for women to pursue their passions and remain obedient to God’s Word simultaneously. As a student at UNCC, I am funding these expenses myself, and your support would be a tremendous help. Help me take the gospel to Miss America for the first time in history!

What I Have Been Able To Do Thus Far:

Community Service Initiative: Passion with Purpose meets the need for clean and artistic entertainment that inspires and encourages others while demonstrating that it is possible for women to pursue their passions and remain obedient to God’s Word simultaneously.

As Miss Stanly County 2024, I had the privilege of bringing the gospel to the Miss North Carolina stage for the first time. I quickly realized the incredible potential this had as a form of ministry.

Before I had the title of Miss Stanly, I had the opportunity to go to Nashville and record an album through my church group, Lee Park Worship. The album is called "Faithful Still" with over 2 million streams today! I am also a volunteer for over 18 years at Narroway Productions, a Broadway-style Christian dinner theatre, completing over 500 performances. The all-volunteer cast performs year-round, with each show reaching over 300 audience members.

What Your Support Will Help Achieve

Competition Expenses: The Miss America organization covers some costs, but there are many additional expenses that come with preparing for state and national competitions, including wardrobe, travel, and gas. It's not cheap, but I am determined to remain faithful and take on this mission, no matter the cost! As a student, this is why I need your help!
