Join Britlyn's Fight Against Stage 3 Cancer

Hi, my name is Heather Slade. I am a family friend of Britlyn Beck.

I am asking for your help in raising funds for Britlyn. She has been diagnosed with stage 3 uterine and cervical cancer. It has spread in that area, along the pelvic wall, and in her case 9 nearby lymph nodes and her uterus. This has also caused a large cancerous tumor.

Britlyn has a long road ahead of her. She will be starting her treatments in June and will be out of work for an undetermined amount of time. Britlyn will have radiation and chemotherapy Monday - Friday along with brachy therapy.

With stage 3 Britlyn has a 86% chance the cancer will return. Her doctors will keep a close eye on her with a number of tests to make sure it does not return, or spread anywhere else in the body.

Britlyn works at Ring. She is a single mother of 3 girls; Genave (16 yrs old), Moxie (14 yrs old), and Arya (11 yrs old). She will desperately need help getting through this dark and difficult time.

The funds will go directly to Britlyn. It will help with rent, food, transportation, and day-to-day living expenses for her and the kids.
