Join Brandie’s Fight Against Cancer

Cancer… it has affected all of us in some way. It brings us fear, sadness, anger, pain, desperation, and loss. My friend Brandie, who is only in her 40s, was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer three weeks ago. She is a mother of two, and her daughter plays high school softball with Charley. She is one of those completely unselfish humans who does everything she can for her kids.

Upon finding out she has cancer, she is already over $5000 in out-of-pocket expenses for medical and she has not even started treatment. Her treatments begin this week and one of the drugs is $600 per month. She and her kids are still in the shock phase of this devastating news, and she is being hit with astronomical bills that are only partially covered by her insurance. I set up this page because the last thing I want her to worry about during this time is money. Please help me ease Brandie’s hardships while she enters this fight against cancer.
