This is the Karren family reaching out on behalf of our incredible brother, Brady Karren and his family. This amazing man found out 4 years ago that he had chronic liver failure and he needed to start the search for a new liver urgently! It was extremely difficult to wrap our heads around the fact that Brady's young family could lose their father and husband, and our brother and son forever.
Unexpectedly and miraculously, Brady was taken in last night for an emergency liver transplant. This is the miracle we have all been waiting for, so he can live and raise his beautiful family. We are so grateful for the priceless gift of life from his angel donor who our hearts go out to, along with our prayers and deepest love for another family who is grieving their unimaginable loss. We hope to be able to thank them in person some day and put our arms around them. We are so grateful.
Brady’s journey to recovery endures, supported by meticulous medical care and unwavering love, the Karren’s look to the future with hope and gratitude. An amazing community has gathered around this incredible man and family with great care, aims to celebrate their journey and raise awareness for organ donation. Meranie and Brady are tremendously grateful to a community that has provided countless warm meals, support and love during their darkest hours. It is the strength of a community, family, friends, our Heavenly Father, and the hope that things will work out, that continues to define their future.
