My name is Barry Morris. I have uncontrollable diabetes. I've lost many of my toes due to blocked arteries and lost feeling in my legs below my shin. My last injury was while riding my lawnmower and my right leg was against the motor cooking for 2 hours and I had no idea. I went into the hospital on 11/20/2023, and I'm still nursing my right foot that developed an ulcer on my heel from the severe burns I received from mowing. I have the diabetic shoes and a boot that I keep having to alternate due to recurring problems with my ulcer on my heel. I was in the hospital for 10 days and rehab for 20 days. I have to go back and forth weekly to the doctor for my ulcer on my foot. I've had stents put in both legs due to blockages. I have to go every 3 months to have my feet dopplered for circulation tests. Unfortunately, my insurance isn't PPO in my area, so I have larger co-pays than most. My foot doctor doesn't even take my insurance. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. My church was kind enough to come out and build me a handicap ramp. I'm just trying to live and live right. I'm just asking for some help; hopefully, a blessing will come your way for blessing me.
