Help Barbara Wright in Her Fight Against Breast Cancer

Barb Wright is my co-worker, my best friend, and one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. She would give the shirt off her back to help someone in need—which is why I’m starting this fundraiser for her.

In October 2024, Barb was diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Breast Cancer. She had just signed up for a cancer rider through Aflac at the beginning of the year, believing it would help cover medical bills and time off work. But in a cruel twist, her claims have been denied—five times.

Barb has had to pay out of pocket for critical medical expenses, including her double mastectomy, MRI, CT scans, and now chemotherapy. These costs should have been covered, but without support from her insurance, she’s struggling to keep up.
