Meet Auggie! He’s a bright and wonderful 5 year old boy, much beloved by his entire family.

Last month, he was removed from the home he shared with his 5 siblings and his mother, in spite of the fact that no judge made any findings against his mother. They had two ex-parte hearings, during which no evidence was considered and the court only allowed Auggie's father to speak. Because this is an active court case, we cannot share more details here. What we can share is that Auggie’s father comes from a family of considerable resources and his mother does not.

Auggie’s friends and family are very concerned about making sure that his future is determined fairly, and not by which of his parents is better able to sustain a protracted legal battle. Please join the community of people supporting Auggie and his family. Help us make sure that his mother is able to pay for legal representation for long enough that the court is able to hear both parents and determine what’s best for Auggie–based on evidence and not unequal access to financial resources.
