Join Astro's Battle Against Skin Cancer

Hello, my name is Melissa and I am raising money for my dog Astro. Astro came to me as a foster dog about 5 years ago. He had some issues that we had to work out but overall was a sweet boy. Once I was able to work with him, I felt confident he would be able to find a home, and he did! Unfortunately, he fell back into his old ways and his new family didn't want him. I was asked if I would be able to foster him again and of course said yes. I was heartbroken for him and could tell he was sad too. At this point, I knew he loved me and my other dog, Apollo, as well as the rest of my family. So, I made the decision to make him a apart of my little family, and he has lived his best life since! I was able to take him to work with me, we went on walks/hikes constantly, we've gone on road trips, camping, and he gets to play with so many friends since the rest of my family have dogs too. Unfortunately, very recently we discovered he has an aggressive form of skin cancer and was given about 6-7 months. This news came as a shock and of course is devastating for us. So, I am asking for help on his vet bills as well as helping make his time pleasant with as many toy, treats, and whatever else I can do for him to make him happy!
