Join Ashley's Battle Against Cancer

Hello eveyone! We are raising money to help Ashley and Drew Gunn offset medical expenses for Ashley's cancer treatments.

Here is Ashley's story:

For the last year we’ve tried to keep this battle private. 

A year ago a lump was discovered while showering. Immediate action was taken and a series of exams, tests and core needle biopsy followed resulting in a benign diagnosis that would just need to be monitored. Fast forward months later and the lump grew significantly causing pain. More tests show the mass tripled in size and a partial mastectomy was ordered for comfort and to biopsy the tumor. Results come in and it’s an extremely rare, aggressive, high grade sarcoma in the breast called a malignant phyllodes tumor.

Shes still healing from a partial mastectomy and will now need a full mastectomy. 

Following the mastectomy she will be working with a sarcoma specialist to discuss further treatment options. 

Drew is working so hard juggling work, taking care of the dogs (one who just needed surgery), taking Ashley to appointments and tending to her and everything that is needed around the house.

He is her heart and keeps her laughing and positive through everything but she’s so worried about him and his well being. She’s not even sure how hes managing to keep everything in order and running smoothly. 

We are so lucky to have so much support from family and friends and everyone at work. 

Ashley’s favorite thing is walking her dogs. She can’t wait to get them back on the trails.
