Ari has had to battle since day one. With a whole village behind him supporting him day in and day out. Mom (Cassie) Dad (Konor) and our lion Ari have been staying strong with all the prayers, blessings and good vibes that everyone has been sending. Winnie Palmer’s doctors, nurses, frontline staff, drivers, and so many others have supported us from day 1, they too are family. And we could not be more thankful for them.

Each day Ari is fighting and is ready to take on whatever stands in his way. He is so strong but there is still a long road ahead.

We as parents are doing what we can to support Ari in his battle and are making sure he knows he is not alone while he is in this position. We have not been able to hold him since the day he was born but we are here every possible moment holding his hands through everything he is going through, reading him books, and talking to him about a future that is surrounded by love.

As first time parents this was not how we imagined things. Ari is in the NICU at Winnie Palmer-Ari’s has TEF type C and has already gone through surgeries to correct it, there are several more procedures and surgeries we have to watch him go through in the coming year, and we are getting new information about his condition daily. We are just looking for a little help on this long road to Ari’s recovery.
