Our sweet Amari Aitana Martinez is just 5 months old, but she has already shown more strength than most of us will in a lifetime. Amari was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and has had to undergo several surgeries.

Each hospital stay, surgery, and follow-up has been a battle — not only for Amari, but for our family as we try to stay strong for her. While we are endlessly grateful to the doctors and nurses who have cared for her, the travel costs and time away from work have placed a heavy financial burden on us.
