AK47’s Fight to Walk Again❤️

As many of you may already know, my beloved South African Boerboel Mastiff, AK47, suffered a terrible accident last Friday. At only three years old, he stood up too quickly from the third step, twisted his spine, and slipped a disc in his spinal cord, which has left him paralyzed, unable to move his legs or control his bowels.

This has left him in a heartbreaking condition, and without immediate surgery followed by extensive physical therapy, his chances of walking again are unlikely. Even with surgery, AK47 will face eight to twelve months of rehabilitation, specialized therapy equipment, and long recovery days ahead.

I’ve exhausted all my resources. I’ve done everything I can on my own, but I’ve reached the point where I need to ask for help. I created this GoFundMe with hope in my heart that those who have seen us give back to the community will now come together for AK47 in our time of need.

I have 28,000 followers on Facebook alone. If just one dollar came from each of you, we would have more than enough to cover the surgery, therapy, wheelchair, travel costs, a harness, and all the tools needed for his recovery. Even if only 7,000 of you gave just three dollars—that’s less than a drink at the bar—we would still meet our goal.

Please help give AK47 a second chance. He’s more than a dog to me. He’s like my son. He’s family. He’s loved. He deserves this chance to walk again.
