Hi, I'm Rachel, and I'm so proud to have founded Activate Maine, your central hub for activism and community action across the state. I’m reaching out because we at Activate Maine could really use your help.

Combined with a few donations (for which I'm grateful), Activate Maine has run on my fixed income as a disabled Mainer. I want to be able to not only keep going but to give Mainers what you deserve and want.

You've asked for things like centralized civic tutorials, volunteer opportunities, resources and mutual aid. You've requested information on events like teach-ins, local meetings, carpooling and more. You've subscribed to newsletters that we would LOVE to send! We're passionate about supporting you, the helpers. (With the help of some helpers... wanna to join our wonderful team of volunteers?)

Activate Maine, powered by its ASTOUNDING volunteers, grows at the same rate as Mainers' resolve; so too do its expenses. Your contribution will go directly to pay for things like our online workspaces, newsletter publications, and other operating costs.

Since starting Activate Maine in early February of this year, our website has seen over 5,000 visitors with an average rate of a few hundred people each day who are ready to do what it takes to save democracy. With your support we can continue to provide them and you with what is needed for this fight.
