John was hit by a falling tree and is recovering from severe injuries. His medical needs are expected to be extremely costly. While managing his care, Sylvia is expected to have large expenditures also. Your donations, thoughts and prayers for them are appreciated.

3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: Brother of Sylvia
4. How the funds will be used (be specific as possible): funds will be used to pay hotel and temp living for Sylvia, along with medical deductibles, copay, and non-reimbursed medical expenses for John.
5. If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf: Hotel bill will be paid directly to hotel by myself. Remaining funds will be transferred to Sylvia bank transfer.
