I met Johnson several years ago while on a medical mission trip to Haiti. He struck me as a young man with a heart for God and for the people of his country.
Past donations via GoFundMe and through personal art sales have helped cover many of Johnson’s expenses in Haiti as he has tried to further his education. But COVID and political unrest have derailed his efforts.
The opportunity has now appeared for Johnson to attend the University of Kentucky this spring under a student visa. This is an amazing development but it carries substantial financial issues.
