Johns Family with Funeral & Travel Expenses

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved son and brother, John Michael Bobak, who died suddenly and tragically on May 1st, 2023. The trauma and difficulty coming to a realization of what occurred has been overwhelming. We all have a hard time asking for help, but are reaching out asking for just that now.

John was just a month shy of his 21st birthday. John and Hailee were raised apart during childhood and got the chance to finally connect 2 years ago. They had known about each other as kids and had waited until they were both adults to contact each other. John moved from his home in Florida to Arizona in order for us to get to know each other as family.

While living in Arizona with his Adopted parents Alex & Amanda Blake, we all grew very close and the love was mutual.

We had the privilege of watching him accomplish so many incredible life goals such as obtaining his GED, buying a vehicle, becoming a brother, and having new experiences. He loved the mountains, any music, video games, bad dad jokes, swimming, and being a partner in crime.

John has a huge heart and was kind and loving, polite and sweet to everyone he met, and he will be so missed by all of us that loved him.

We as a family have started this GoFundMe page as an attempt to offset several costs. My brother was raised in Florida, and this is where he will be laid to rest. We need help paying for travel expenses to get to Florida as we are located in Arizona and the travel expenses on short notice are high, and with the number of us who all loved him, and want to be there.

Hailee & Ben, Mom Denise, Dad Alex, & Momma Amanda, and his three little brothers, Ethan, Liam, & Locryn all love him and miss him dearly. He will always be a huge part of our family, and a part that has left a huge hole in our hearts.

We are also hoping to be able to help offset the funeral cost in any way for his Mother, Denise Bobak. We don't want her and her family to shoulder all of this on their own.

We cannot thank you all enough and appreciate it more than can we can express for your love of John .
