Greetings to my loving family and friends, kindhearted acquaintances and strangers,
First off, on the behalf of my family and I, we would like to say thank you for giving this GoFundMe page an audience.
My name is John Hiep Tran. I’ve always been an independent person, not wanting to bother anyone with my issues, big or small. However, this time I realize that it isn’t just my problem but it is also my family’s problem as well. I am starting this gofundme page because I urgently need financial assistance to relieve the stress and burden being placed on my family and myself due to an unforeseen accident, which will require 24/7 care during recovery. As some of you may know , I’ve been unemployed since October of 2018. Since then, I have not been able to receive a job offering. I decided to Set out to Texas to help my brother with his home remodeling construction work on the 5th of March. However, things took a turn for the worst when the cargo van I was in ( I was delivering kitchen cabinets to finish up a project ) tire blew out and the vehicle lost control and flipped to the side of the road. The accident caused me to have a concussion and severe lacerations across the left side of my face and my head. I was transported to the nearest airport and airlifted an hour and a half away to the nearest trauma center called Medical Center Hospital in Odessa,TX that could handle the severity of my accident. Since then , I went through surgery to clean out my wound, stitch up my face and my head. I was hospitalized for a total of 6 days and throughout the stay, I’ve been through countless pain medicines, morphine, IV drips and other types of medicine, along with post surgery care. The next step in my recovery is to go through another plastic surgery to get a skin graft to repair my eye lid ( which is gone ) and to repair my forehead. As a result, I am reaching out to everyone in hope that there is a kind heart in each and everyone of you to help me out during the worst injury of my life. Currently I do not have any medical insurance. So Any donations, big or small, will be of big help for my family and I. Please also help me by sharing my GoFundMe page as well!
