Since my brother John's unexpected death this weekend, everyone has been asking our family what they can do to help, especially for his wife Julie and 11 year old daughter Elise.  

Nothing can unbreak our hearts or fill the hole in our lives.  But I know John considered it an honor and a privilege to take good care of his girls.  If you wish, you can make a donation here to help with funeral expenses and contribute towards Elise's education fund.

As an alternative, we are very thankful to the Cleveland Clinic Heart Transplant Program for giving us an amazing extra 17 years with John.  I am sure they would continue to do great things with any money they received.
