Johnny's Stroke Go Fund Me

20 year old Johnny had a massive stroke on November 16th. Johnny had to have a heart valve replacement 18 months ago and now will more than likely have to have it replaced because of a possible bacterial infection which more than likely caused the stroke. He is currently not able to move his left arm and barely able to move his left foot. I'm sure he will be spending the holidays in the hospital and maybe even his 21st birthday which is in January.  His parents may have do some home remodeling to accommodate Johnny down the road.  He will have to put college on hold for the 2nd time due to heart issues also. I, Joshua Nachreiner; Johnny's brother in law, am setting up this account so I can help out Johnny, his parents and his younger brother, Joe. A little about Johnny: He is a huge sports fan. Especially the Minnesota Vikings and Twins. He also loves fishing, and hanging out with his friends. He is the most generous, kind, funny, and all around amazing guy. He is my son's godfather and is so great with him. He is always willing to babysit. The goal I set is high but I would love to see the goal achieved. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will go straight towards Johnny's medical bills, family hotel stays, driving expenses, and possible home remodeling.
