Hey Friends and Family.
As you likely know, Johnny, (aka, Uncle Johnny, Hairmone, Frada, Nano) will be heading down to Stanford for a Bone Marrow Transplant this fall.
He and Marci will be spending a month and 1/2 at Stanford, while he undergoes treatment. Because of the nature of the procedure, they will have to stay in a clean hotel room with a kitchenette so they can make their own food. They will both be taking time off without pay from their jobs, and Marci will be with him and support him through the process, since he will require 24 hour care.
While he is going through treatment, and rebuilding his immune system, one of the best gifts his friends and family can give to them is to limit any kind of financial stress so they can focus solely on his healing.
If you are able to support this cause with any amount, thank you so much. If we end up raising more than is necessary, Johnny and Marci are going to pay the funds forward to someone else in need.
It was not easy for them to agree to any kind of support, so we are not going to share this on facebook, just with friends and family. Feel free to share this within the circle of Johnny's friends.

Once he is back in Santa Rosa, there will be a need for some home visits and help with rides to the doctor, and we will keep you posted on that, when the time comes.
