My name is Jizet. I am a single mother of two wonderful boys. My youngest, Johnny, is 15 years old. He is scheduled to have a Parotidectomy to remove a tumor in about a month. This surgery will remove a tumor that is on his parotid gland, which is near a facial nerve that controls his ability to smile, raise his eyebrows, and close his eyes. This is a serious and costly surgery which is unfortunately not covered by his insurance. Johnny is an intelligent young man and he has a bright future ahead of him.
