Johnny Favourite emergency surgery

My son Johnny Favourite went for tests yesterday at his local hospital in San Miguel de Allende, it was decided at that time emergency surgery was required.  Surgery was last night Sept 2nd...before he is released the bill must be paid, if he is kept in the bill will only increase.  I have tried every other way I know but I am not able to pay this balance nor is Johnny.  Thanking all his amazing friends who are able to help, he will be upset at what I have done but I know of no other way.
