Ambulance Rehab Transfer Called Off

Donation protected
Johnny Dee is hospitalized again since September 28. His heart and lungs are much weaker than they used to be due to his Congestive Heart Failure and COPD. His heart is now pumping only at 25% and the doctors said that they cannot do anything more to help his lungs. We need your prayers and also financial support for his rehabilitation once he gets home. Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated. May you find it in your heart to help him with his physical, emotional, and spiritual struggles and may the good Lord bless you a hundredfold for your kindness and generosity. UPDATE Oct. 4: From yesterday to today, Johnny's breathing has deteriorated so he is back to extensive oxygen therapy. He was getting scared and started talking to me about his funeral expenses. Upon his request, I will keep this fundraising going because he said I will definitely need more for his funeral. I told him to be calm and stay positive. I am confident that our prayers will be heard in heaven. Thank you so much to all who donated. I will thank you personally through GFM once I get the chance. UPDATE Oct. 6: Johnny is being treated for Chronic Bronchitis, Advanced COPD, and Coronary Artery Disease. Although he said that he is feeling miserable, he was able to tolerate eating his breakfast and lunch. UPDATE October 7: Johnny is doing better today and we are looking forward for him to be transferred to rehab. Once his oxygen intake drops to 5 liters per minute and maintain it for at least 24 hours, he will be ready for transfer. His case manager is working hard on it. We are praying that his insurance will cover most of the expenses and that the GoFundMe donations will be enough to cover the rest of the expenses. Thanks again so much for your continued support. UPDATE Oct. 9: Johnny was supposed to be transferred today to the rehab facility. The ambulance was at the hospital to pick him up but it was called off at the last minute because the hospital claimed that he was suicidal and the rehab he was supposed to go does not have the services for patients who are suicidal. So, his case manager is again looking for another rehab place who will accept him.
