Hello All,
My name is Tyler Mahoney and i have created this campaign for my father John F. Mahoney Jr.
John Mahoney Of Bethel, CT is 47 years old and graduated in 87' @ Bethel High School. John is a construction General Foreman with 30 + years in the industry and is nearing retirement. John has two older children Amanda(24) and Tyler(26) and a younger daughter Riley(15). He also has a granddaughter Shaelyn(3)(pictured) and they adore one another very much.
Just before Thanksgiving of 2015 my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 Throat Cancer. He will be undergoing aggressive Chemotherapy and Radiation over the next couple of months. This process involves the use of a stationary feeding tube which limits his daily mobility. As a result of the side effects of his aggressive treatment he will be unable to work during this time. Hence the reason for this page.
As a single father of 3 John has always been there as a provider for his children and I feel it's time we return the favor. We are looking for an easier way to reach out to the community that knows and loves John. I would like to make sure that John's personal and financial needs are met through these difficult times.
