John DeHart Medical Expenses

John DeHart is a great person who has been diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer.
He is currently going through radiation and has already had several rounds of chemotheropy. He does not like the idea of asking friends to help with his medical expenses, but I won't let him off that easy. 
He is a husband, father and great friend to many. Please consider helping him and his family with medical expenses due to this. Even though he doesn't like the idea, his family would greatly appreciate anything you could do to help.
