John C. Preston 1982-2016 Memorial

This year we lost our close friend, brother and son. The news is devastating, the adjustment is difficult, and we struggle to focus on the positive rather than the negative. What makes thinking of his loss a little bit easier is Jack, John's son. We now have a little piece of John that remains with us. Jackson, now 3, was John's sole focus. He was currently refinishing his basement to create a play space for Jack. He had plans for teaching him to skate, and to play hockey and to golf.  John was so  proud to be able to take him out on his boat and they enjoyed every moment they had together.Many friends have asked to help or have mentioned wanting to get flowers for the service, but it would mean so much more to us and to John if you instead would help us with plans for Jacks future.   We want to help John with his plans to enhance Jack's life and start a fund to save for college.
