As many of you will be aware, John has promised from Sunday 29th September that he will not drink alcohol until midnight on New Years Eve, this will be just over 13 weeks in total. For John working in a busy bar environment, this will be a difficult challenge so he has decided to try and raise some money for charity.


John’s friend Johnny has also promised £1000 to the charity if John is able to complete his challenge. The charity that has been chosen is Rochdale Children’s Moorland Home and the money raised will go towards the cost of activities and trips for the children. 

All donations to this page will go directly to the home.


If John does fail the challenge, he will match all donations made.
