Hello, my name is Olivia Welsh, and my dad, John Welsh, has suddenly passed away on january 9th, 2023. He has been through so much, so many surgeries, and sicknesses and has survived all except this unfortunately. Just a year ago he had a surgery to repair his stoma. he had to learn how to walk again, (for the third time) and use the bathroom, eat solid foods, etc. it was a process but we got through it. He was having stomach pains, he said were almost unbearable, so we called an ambulance. with the stomach pain and his blood pressure being super low, they took him to victor valley global medical center. where they later found out, he had gallstones, a UTI, and sepsis. the doctors also found shadows and spotting on his liver which was most likely cancer. within hours his organs started to shut down. he coded three times, and the doctors were doing everything they could to save him, but his body and his heart just could not take it. he wasn’t responding to any medications, and they had to intubate and unfortunately he still was not responding to anything else due to his body going into septic shock. his heart beat was so faint and shortly after that, he passed. I am so devastated to say goodbye but with that being said, unfortunately my dad did not have any life insurance and he left us with little to no money to cover for his services. I know that he wants to be cremated and I want to be able to do that for him and have a nice service if possible. anything will help me and my family cover these costs. and we are so beyond grateful for anything. ️
