Hello Everyone,

I’m Channi Miller and I’m organizing this for Logan and I’s best friends and god parents to our boys, John and Linzie Vega. John and Linzie are asking for your help, as some may know John was picked up by ICE, he was told early March 2025 to turn himself in and to serve 5 days time at the Pawnee county sheriffs department for a DUI case from 2020 that he had fought for 5 years and he would have 1year probation to follow the time served. While waiting for the DUI case decision John lost His daca and was advised by legal counsel not to try to renew with an active case. John went to book himself into the Pawnee county sheriff’s department on March 18,2025 and on March 22,2025 he was picked up by ICE and has been housed at an ICE Detention Facility in Newkirk Oklahoma since. He had a bond hearing on April 1st 2025 but was Denied and another court on June 3rd where he was also denied so now he is forced to sign as there is no hopes of getting out to stay here in the US. There is a possibility of him being able to return but it could take years. John is Married to Linzie Vega and they have 3 beautiful children ( ages 5, 1, and 1 month old). John was forced to miss out on his new baby girls birth. Linzie and the children will be moving to Mexico to be with John, with that being said they will have a ton of fees just to get there and will have to completely restart their new lives in Mexico. They had to use everything for 3 different lawyers to try and keep John here in the US. Anything will help these great people that we are proud to call family ❤️
