Hello, my name is Vickie Thornhill and I'm raising funds for my husband John's funeral. He died last night after having a massive stroke and remaining in a coma for a week. He had so many health issues (blind, on dialysis, lost his foot) that he was declined from life insurance companies. We found one that would take him but it had a full pay out after 2 years, but he died just 48 days before it would have taken full effect. Friends and family have asked me how they can help, and it was suggested to me to start this fundraiser.

We were married for 31 years and I'm truly heartbroken after the loss of my very best friend. He had the best sense of humor, love for music and especially Star Wars. I give my heartfelt thank you to anyone who would contribute to this fund. Thank you
