Earlier this year, we received the devastating news that our father, John Steinmueller, was diagnosed with grade 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer. After several hospital stays and a battery of tests culminating in brain surgery, the family is left with an insurmountable amount of medical expenses. Soon, he will begin radiation and chemotherapy, further compounding medical costs. Not only has this been devastating financially, but this has left him unable to work for the foreseeable future.
