John Rohskothen

Hi, My name is Stephanie Martin. I am raising money on behalf of my longtime boss and friend John Rohskothen of Rainbo Sports. John has dedicated his life to bringing the joy of figure skating to the community. His friendly personality and upbeat attitude made going to work each day a joy. Over the last 17 months John has kept his battle with cancer private and continued to go to work and serve his customers with a smile.

John has been battling a rare form of cancer with a mutation that is rarely seen. He has fought this battle with dignity and courage. Johns bills continue to mount up. We are asking for your help for him and his wife Kim, who has been a pillar of strength by his side.

To all who have donated and written such lovely things about John, we and all of John's family are overwhelmed and humbled by the love you have shared. Expenses for John continue to grow, so all your help is much appreciated. In addition, any funds remaining after those expenses will be used to support skaters in need, in the spirit of love and joy that John's skating family has always brought to him

It is with great sadness that I share the news that John passed away at 8:04 Saturday morning, November 4th. He was surrounded by his family.
