Long story short:

my husband, old school Houston good citizen & punk rocker, John Reen Davis, hit some bad pavement in the road while fulfilling his dream of riding an electric scooter. His god fearing Mother forbade motorcycles.

now we are in a Cone of financial Uncertainty:

purchasing a (excellent !!) Drive wheelchair $130

- Renting a (super soft) Hospital Bed $220/month

- and Wheelchair Van taxis $245 Round-trip rides to Memorial Hermann Greater Heights doctors and more surgery while waiting for approval to access MetroLift services. The application process for MetroLift is six weeks. There is no exception.

John is a local Houston musical artist, KPFT-FM radio personality and vocalist for Anarchitex and Happy Fingers Institute.
