Hello my name is Dawn Guzik and I am here along with our Family asking for your help for my cousin “Johnny”.

Back story for those that don’t know his Mother passed away in 2013 and he took it upon himself to take care of his little Brothers after she passed. Tragically this year his baby Brother Josh passed in his sleep due to a seizure.

Johnny is in the fight for his life now on dialysis and needs Kidneys that are working at 12 % due to Diabetes and a pancreas he is unable to work, bills are piling up and he could lose everything! Fighting and fighting for SSI.

Hard enough to sit and worry about losing his life “PLEASE” help us help Johnny so he does not have to worry about a place to lay his head or Medical bills at this time. NOBOBY should have to endure this kind of pain.
