Hi. My name is Karen. I am John's sister-in-law. John, and his wife Diane are struggling right now. He was laid off for several months when covid first started. He was able to go back to work for awhile, but started feeling unwell. He was diagnosed with advanced cancer, and after a valiant attempt at staying at work as long as he could, had to retreat when the treatments took their toll on him. He has worked so hard all his life, and has been such a good provider, and the fact that he is unable to provide for his family right now is very hard for him. He isn't getting any kind of benefits or income from his company, and day to day life has been extremely difficult for them. Diane was disabled in a workplace accident years ago, making them a one income family. If you could find it in your heart to give them a helping hand, in their time of greatest need, they would be eternally grateful, and thank you, thank you for your caring and kindness.
