John Mooy Jr's Continued Cancer Battle

John Mooy Jr. is 26 years old and the father of children ages 2 and 4. John was diagnosed with testicular cancer back in 2020. Since then, he completed his first round of chemotherapy and, after that, learned the cancer spread to his lungs. It was now considered testicular cancer that spread to the lungs stage 4. John then went through his second round of chemotherapy and also stemcell transplant. A few short months after that, John was told the cancer had returned. He then went through a third round of chemotherapy! This time, the cancer returned just a few weeks later. On February 4, 2022, John was to start a clinical trial of a chemotherapy pill. However, the day before, on February 3, 2022, he learned that cancer has now also spread to his brain. He no longer qualifies for the trial. He will do some palliative radiation and will then start hospice. The past 2 years have been financially, emotionally, and physically challenging. At this time, he is on disability but doesn't have life insurance. We are asking for any donations to help with expenses and end-of-life planning.
