Hello,

On Sunday May 23rd our family was hit with a tragedy. Our father, John Moore, was hospitalized at Saddleback Memorial Hospital with a heart attack and severe pneumonia.

John has been in the ICU for 6 days so far. The doctors have informed us that the road ahead for recovery is still uncertain.

While in the hospital our dad has had heart surgery and has remained on a positive pressure ventilation mask also known as a BiPAP, to help get rid of the fluid build up in his lungs due to the pneumonia. 

 We are unsure of how mobile he will be once he gets out of the hospital. It is obvious that he will not be able to work at the same capacity as he used to. 

We are writing this to anyone who would be able to partner with our family financially. Donations will be used to help him and our family in recovery. 

John was the main provider for our family so without him working our family will struggle to pay rent, and additional medical expenses during his hospitalization. All and any contributions are greatly appreciated.
