In memory of John Monaghan - Sprog

Hi, my name is Lea although most of you probably know be as Mo. Im a long time friend and reaching out to share the sad news of John Monaghan's passing, affectionately known to many of us as Sprog. I'm making a small ask that you consider chipping in to raise £360 to buy him a memorial plaque.

In his later years, Sprog became somewhat of a recluse, a man too proud to reach out for help. I believe that, had he done so, many of you would have been there for him without hesitation.

With the memorial plaque we have a unique opportunity to honor his memory and show that he is still held dearly in our hearts. The plaque will be installed in the Garden of Remembrance at Cheltenham Cemetery and will remain there tended and honoured for the next 10 years. This gesture will not only serve as a token of our enduring friendship but also as a testament to the impact he had on all our lives.

So lets come together to remember Sprog, to celebrate the good times, and to ensure that he is not forgotten. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help to achieve this goal and provide a fitting tribute to our cherished friend.

Once the goal has been achieved I will advise of a gathering time for people to come together.
