The John Miller Instrument Fund was established in John's memory to further pursue his passion to help students, who otherwise may not have had the exposure or opportunity to be granted an instrument. John believed that the power of music and commitment to it could transform lives.
Over the last 8 years, we've held the annual John Miller - Golf Outing Fundraiser. During this time, it's been an incredible annual event to support the John Miller Instrument Fund and continue John's life's work. Your generous donations have been able to provide dozens of instruments to aspiring students before they begin college.
Due to COVID-19, we were unable to host or organize an event this year. With your continued support, we are asking for your help to continue John's dream by granting more instruments to students through this online fundraiser.
John Miller received his Masters of Music in Trombone Performance in 2007 and was the Manager of Community Programs at the Yale School of Music.
