John McNaught is a loving husband, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.  John has recently been diagnosed with advanced metastatic cancer and has just begun the process of traveling the path that will take him on. A treatment plan is still to be determined as doctors work through tests to determine the initial source of the cancer.

This gofundme page has been set up for John McNaught to help him and his wife, Dawn McNaught (nee Goodridge) to cover expenses for care, travel, and daily living as John is no longer able to work and is currently in the hospital.   Dawn is  unable to work because she has MS and will be assisting with John's care as much as possible.
