Hello Friends of John,
I am Sherry, a friend and colleague of John's and live in the Atlanta area.  The funds raised here will go directly to Mary, John's sister to cover his memorial and Celebration of Life events. I will be disbursing funds to Indian Hills Country Club for John's Celebration of Life event, and then Mary will apply the balance to his medical expense and any other expenses of his estate.

John's story....

John  was admitted to the Northside Hospital Intensive Care Unit on Monday, 4/22 with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib).  As the week progressed, John's heart continued to weaken resulting in kidney failure and the need for life support. 

John passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 surrounded by love. He leaves behind a sister, cousins, and many friends.

Being self-employed, John did not have medical insurance, and the cost relating to hospitalization and funeral expenses are overwhelming.  

Let's come together as a community and honor our friend John by raising enough money to cover his memorial expenses and his celebration of life gathering.
