John Marcus - Help for medical & health expenses

It is with a broken heart that I have to say that John has lost his 3-year-long battle with lung cancer. As you know, cancer isn’t cheap and has taken a major toll on our bank account. I am asking for help with medical and funeral costs…any amount you could donate would be greatly appreciated.
