Hi, my name is Alice and I’m fundraising for my son, John Kubiak. He lives in Phoenix, Az. He was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of brain cancer in August of 2022. He is faced with mounting medical bills from multiple brain surgeries, treatments and Diagnostic testing such as MRIs.
