John Hutchinson chairman of the Bolton League cricket league suffered a stroke in Feb 2019. This effected all his left hand side. With physio he is slowly getting movement back.
His is aim is to get to see some cricket this year 2019, but to get about he’s needs an adapted electric mobility scooter or wheelchair that will fit in a car, so he can get around the ground by himself. Due to how tall John is 6ft 2, the scooter or wheelchair needs to be adapted.
We ve been told told it will cost a minimum of £1000. We have raised £350 so far. With one BCL club donating £300.
As John is unable to work at this time, we need to try and raise the money to cover the cost.
John has done a lot for local cricket over the years.

This is urgent as we need to order the scooter / wheelchair and the adaptations ASAP.
