John Hamlett's Road to Recovery

Donation protected

On Wednesday January 18, 2017 John Hamlett had an accident while performing Bomb Squad training exercises. He was unfortunately injured in the line of duty by shrapnel from a tire that exploded during the training process. The shrapnel hit him in the eye while wearing glasses, which shattered, causing serious damage in and around his left eye. He was taken to Duke University Medical Center where he underwent surgery immediately. He and his family have a long road of recovery ahead. This will serve as another line of support for John, Lindsay and Parker. Anything helps, and is greatly appreciated. He is the finest of men, and there isn't a better friend, father, or husband on the planet. Please share this page to help raise money to support this wonderful family!

"Tough times don't last; Tough people do!"

You've got this John, we are all rooting for you! We Love You!
