I'm am running the Cardiff Conquer Half Marathon to raise money in aid of The Friends of the Hospital of St Cross and every donation will help.

This much needed charity supports people to return home to their loved ones from hospital, supporting with their care needs and providing equipment to make the transition as smooth as possible.

We have over 100 volunteers and NO paid staff so all money donated is spent on equipment and projects which make a real difference for the patients using these services.

We have spent over 4 million pounds for this purpose since our foundation in 1955.

We have received the Queens Award for Voluntary Service an Award from the High Sheriff of Warwickshire and several other local awards.
